Discover the foundations of Reiki in the peaceful, supportive environment of Energy Wave Center®.
In this experiential training, you will be introduced to the history and principles of Usui Reiki and receive your Level I attunement, opening you to the flow of Reiki energy for self-healing and for supporting others through hands-on practice.
Usui Reiki Master Teacher Dana Valley, will be your personal connection with the Reiki tradition.
Together explore:
• The history and lineage of Usui Reiki
• The Reiki principles as a foundation for daily living
• Energy awareness, grounding, and self-care practices
• Reiki hand positions for self-treatment and treating others
• Working with Reiki for family, friends, children, animals, and plants
You will have time to practice, ask questions, and become comfortable working with Reiki for yourself and those close to you.
No previous Reiki or energy-work experience is needed. Come with curiosity and a willingness to receive.
Students will receive a Reiki Level I attunement, training materials, and a certificate of completion.
This class is open to anyone who feels called to explore Reiki as a path of healing, personal growth, and service.
