Learn to Build a Ceramic Planter

Just in time for Spring, learn how to build your own ceramic planter!
Class will begin with a process overview of the stages involved in working with clay. We will cover basic techniques of hand building and practice applying these skills by creating our very own planters. Techniques demonstrated will focus around building big using the coil method to construct a unique vessel that will be yours to keep after firing.
Clay, tools and all materials will be provided to you and are included in the cost of class.
After the workshop concludes, we will fire and glaze your piece in a color of your choice, and it will be ready for pick up within 2-3 weeks.
This workshop will meet Saturday, May 16 9:00-12:00. Suitable for ages 16+
