and very popular class!
Garlic has been grown for thousands of years with a rich history.
Garlic is grouped into two basic types, soft neck and hard neck. There are also a number of garlic families such as turban, porcelain , artichoke types with their unique characteristics and hundreds of varieties from around the world within these families!!
In this class we’ll explore this diverse world of garlic and discuss how to grow healthy garlic over it’s 9-month grow season in Sonoma county.
