Register Today \nDiscover the foundations of Reiki in the peaceful\, supportive environment of Energy Wave Center®. \nIn this experiential training\, you will be introduced to the history and principles of Usui Reiki and receive your Level I attunement\, opening you to the flow of Reiki energy for self-healing and for supporting others through hands-on practice. \nUsui Reiki Master Teacher Dana Valley\, will be your personal connection with the Reiki tradition. \nTogether explore: \n• The history and lineage of Usui Reiki\n• The Reiki principles as a foundation for daily living\n• Energy awareness\, grounding\, and self-care practices\n• Reiki hand positions for self-treatment and treating others\n• Working with Reiki for family\, friends\, children\, animals\, and plants \nYou will have time to practice\, ask questions\, and become comfortable working with Reiki for yourself and those close to you. \nNo previous Reiki or energy-work experience is needed.
