DESCRIPTION:Register HERE for this popular monthly Yamuna class.  Jacque Benton returns to teach in August. \nRestorative Yamuna Body Rolling (YBR) releases tension in the body while creating strength and flexibility. Using a Yamuna ball\, we will anatomically roll through tight and misaligned muscles. This creates Body Sustainability by working out stiffness and improves range of motion by creating space in the body. YBR can help prevent injuries and heal breakdowns. \nABOUT YOUR INSTRUCTOR \nJacque Benton has been teaching weekly Yamuna Body Rolling classes since 2004. Practicing Massage therapy for over 20 years & teaching Yoga\, combined with a fascination with anatomy\, fuels Jacque’s passion for teaching Yamuna.\nJacque is a certified Yamuna Teacher Trainer and holds annual trainings in the area.
