Previous scholarship recipients are not eligible for scholarships. \nCurriculum:\nAll campers will enjoy morning greeting time\, lunch and end of day sessions together\, and then split into groups for age-specific activities and projects. \nIn addition to outdoor education\, campers will also enjoy various activities including a goat hike\, kids yoga\, and a plant-based ice cream taste test! \nCampers will learn from expert guest speakers on specialized topics such as animal behavior and physiology\, nutrition and healthy eating\, environmental practices\, compassion\, and equity and inclusion. \nA family group tour for all camp families will be on the last day of camp\, along with free passes to join a weekend group tour.

High Street in Sebastopol. This talk is a project by the Western Sonoma County Historical Society. Composed and first performed in 1741\, this presentation in Sebastopol is the 29th year under conductor John Maas; with string quartet and trumpet\, and lead singers Christa Durand\, Elizabeth Henry\, and Benjamin Mertz. Concert on Saturday\, Decemer 9 from 1 to 3:30 p.m. at St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church\, 500 Robinson Road\, Sebastopol. Sheet music available for those who do not have their own; parking on site. Open rehearsal Monday December 4 7:30-8:30 p.m. at the north side dining room of Sebastopol Center for the Arts\, 282 South High Street. \nConductor John Maas has a particular focus on involving communities in singing\, and written more than 50 choral works performed throughout California\, the United States and Canada\, including by Occidental Community Choir\, UC Berkeley Repertory Choir\, Pacific Edge Voices/Pacific Mozart Ensemble\, Redwood Chorale\, Sonoma County Chamber Singers\, and Santa Rosa Junior College Choir.

DESCRIPTION:The holiday months are almost here\, and we’re setting about to make our school’s fundraising as fun as possible! Online auctions have long been a successful means of raising funds for our school’s specialty programs and highlighting the talents and services of our extended school community. \nFunds raised from shopping at our Waldorf Wonder Auction go to support public Waldorf education at Sebastopol Charter School through the school’s fundraising entity\, The Charter Foundation. \nThe Charter Foundation is a 501(c)(3) public nonprofit corporation. We use the funds we raise to cover the gap in expenses between what the state provides and what it costs to maintain our school’s facilities\, hire high quality faculty\, and implement the meaningful Waldorf programming that makes up our curriculum. \nFor 28 years\, hands-on learning in the arts\, music\, and movement have helped our students to flourish\, and our recent move to a 20 acre campus promises a bright future for our school. All of these efforts were made possible by the dedication of our past and present families and extended business community.
