DESCRIPTION:Join us for a guided tour of the Occidental Arts & Ecology Center’s demonstration gardens and living landscapes. Led by rotating OAEC staff\, these tours offer an opportunity to explore our diverse food\, medicinal\, pollinator\, and native plant gardens while learning about the ecological principles that guide our work. \nWhen: Tours start at 1pm every first and third Saturday of the month\, April through October. \nWhere: Tours start and end at the OAEC Nursery. 15290 Coleman Valley Rd\, Occidental\, CA 95465. Upper Driveway. \nImportant Information:\nNo registration required—just show up!\nPlease use the second driveway and park in the upper lot near the greenhouses.\nThe tour route includes steep hills and unpaved dirt and gravel paths. Sturdy shoes\, a brimmed hat\, and weather-appropriate layers are recommended.\nIf you require mobility support or have other accessibility needs\, please call ahead so we can accommodate you. Led by rotating OAEC staff\, these tours offer an opportunity to explore our diverse food\, medicinal\, pollinator\, and native plant gardens while learning about the ecological principles that guide our work. \nWhen: Tours start at 1pm every first and third Saturday of the month\, April through October. \nWhere: Tours start and end at the OAEC Nursery. 15290 Coleman Valley Rd\, Occidental\, CA 95465. Upper Driveway. \nImportant Information:\nNo registration required—just show up!\nPlease use the second driveway and park in the upper lot near the greenhouses.\nThe tour route includes steep hills and unpaved dirt and gravel paths. Sturdy shoes\, a brimmed hat\, and weather-appropriate layers are recommended.\nIf you require mobility support or have other accessibility needs\, please call ahead so we can accommodate you.
