DESCRIPTION:BODY PRAYER IS A FACILITATED EVENT DEVOTED TO INQUIRY INTO EMBODIED CONSCIOUSNESS THROUGH MOVEMENT. \nThis class is offered every Sunday morning\, and led by Zuza Engler or another teacher. It is usually attended by a vibrant & diverse bunch of welcoming and friendly people\, some of whom have practiced Soul Motion® for years\, while some ~ never before. \nWhat to expect \nGuidance and structure are part of every week’s class as we travel across the four landscapes of Soul Motion®:\nDance Infinite (prayer space)\nDance Community (ensemble)\nDance Communion (duet)\nDance Intimate (solo) \nPractices\, structures\, and points of view are offered to facilitate the journey. Participants are invited to travel across all landscapes\, not just their favorite one: dancing by oneself\, in duet\, in ensemble with several people and eventually the whole room\, or witnessing in stillness the beauty of another’s or of everyone’s dance. \nBody Prayer offers a place to be safely uncomfortable as we experiment with ourselves and with each other in our awkward and magnificent dance at the edge of possibility. \nNo experience necessary! DESCRIPTION:Register HERE for this popular monthly Yamuna class.  July guest instructor is Lucibel Nuñez. \nRestorative Yamuna Body Rolling (YBR) releases tension in the body while creating strength and flexibility. Using a Yamuna ball\, we will anatomically roll through tight and misaligned muscles. This creates Body Sustainability by working out stiffness and improves range of motion by creating space in the body. YBR can help prevent injuries and heal breakdowns. \nABOUT YOUR INSTRUCTOR \nLucibel Nuñez brings over 16 years of experience in the fitness industry\, with a deep passion for movement\, healing\, and personal transformation. She previously owned and operated a group fitness studio in Santa Rosa for nine years\, where she cultivated a strong sense of community and empowering wellness experiences. For the past decade\, Lucibel has also worked as a transformational coach\, supporting both her own growth and that of others through intentional\, holistic practices. \nCurrently pursuing her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy\, Lucibel is expanding her work to integrate mental\, emotional\, and relational health with physical well-being. Her approach focuses on treating the whole person rather than isolated symptoms. In her Yamuna Body Rolling classes\, she creates a space that fosters alignment\, self-awareness\, and sustainable transformation from the inside out. \n

SUMMARY:Flora & Fauna - Watercolor Course with Hannah Day at Bohemian Flowers Farm
DESCRIPTION:In this 4 week course\, participants will learn a unique approach to watercolor\, intended to alleviate the frustration that many experience when learning this beautiful yet challenging medium. The class will focus on strengthening one’s observational skills\, giving the artist a foundation off of which to build their paintings in a step by step layering process\, that trains the artist to see value and color \nOur subject matter will be flora and fauna – a sampling of plants and animals. These subjects are great for beginners and experienced artists alike; their organic shapes make them forgiving drawing subjects\, but their beauty can be a muse for life. \nThis class will work both from photographs and from life\, practicing observational drawing in addition to watercolor technique.
