Designed to harness prana (life force energy)\, purify & balance the nadis (energy channels)\, awaken subtle energy & still the mind. Not limited to just well-being. Not a quick fix or forceful temporary cathartic experiences\, but taught as a safe & gradual process requiring discipline & consistency. \nRelease toxins\, clear and align the energy channels\, strengthen the lungs\, massage\, tone & nourish internal organs\, strengthen agni & digestion\, oxygenate and improve blood flow\, strengthen immunity & clear the mind. DESCRIPTION:The Sebastopol Grange invites you to join our local project to redistribute\nhomegrown produce and feed our community\, bringing us a little closer to the idea of\nfood security while eliminating food waste in the process. This is an opportunity to\ntrade surplus items from your garden for something you don’t have. You may also\nbring produce that you have gleaned (with permission of course) from a neighbor’s\nyard. Master Food Preservers will be on hand at the Produce Exchange/Donation\nevents to answer questions and to provide recipes and samples during tabling. In\naddition to produce\, plant starts and seeds will also be shared and traded.
