“The drum circle is an ancient and effective tool to connect people to themselves, to
each other and to our surroundings. I invite everyone into the group, from the
beginner to well-seasoned drummers. After only minutes in a drum circle, social
fears melt, the walls between us fall away and we easily drop into the experience of
community. I am available to facilitate a drum circle for your group, and I have
drums available for people to play and purchase.”

“The Sebtown Strutters is a homegrown Sebastopol band playing Dixieland, Trad
Jazz and Swing arrangements. They can be found rehearsing most Saturday
mornings in Greg Jilka’s open garage at 471 Zimpher Dr. where people often stop
to hear their lively music and sometimes even dance!”

“Since the birth of the “talkies” sound as been an instrumental part of the filmmakers’ tools. Through the presentation of an Academy Award wining cartoon that was

viewers on a journey with music and sound as essential to storytelling. Rialto
Cinemas Director, Ky J. Boyd will be on hand to introduce the shorts and take a few
questions.”
