To Paint is to Love Again

Paintings by Linda Kammer, November 21 though January 17, Sebastopol Library Forum Room.
The exhibit includes a reception with the artist on Saturday, December 16, 3:30-5:30.

Linda describes the exhibit: A few years ago my dear husband was diagnosed with dementia. It filled me with grief. So to hold the grief, I began this series of paintings from my garden. From my surroundings. From what I could see from where I was. I thought the paintings will be filled with dark murky shapes. I was, and am, surprised by the joy of loving well.
