The Nature of Sebastopol—an Ecosystem Walk

Explore how Sebastopols’ built environment works (or doesn’t work!) with
our natural environment, both historically and in the present day. This new
walk will focus on interactions between urban design and development and
our local watersheds, vegetation, geology and more. We will cover 3 to 4
miles with several planned stops to observe examples of these interactions
in our town. .

Saturday, 9:00 a.m. – Meet at the downtown plaza
We’ll return to the Plaza by 11:30
3 to 4 Easy Miles – Moderate Pace

Wear sunscreen, a hat and walking shoes. Bring water and a snack.
