Sharpening and Maintaining Your Knives

No matter how good the knife, eventually it will need to be sharpened. In this class, you’ll get hands on experience using a few common sharpening techniques. Learn to put a razor-sharp edge on any metal knife in minutes. Bring a couple of knives that you’d like to practice on. (They will be nice and sharp at the end of the class.) Get tickets.
