Some would argue the practice of medicine has been hijacked by Big Pharma and Big Insurance. The current medical model is in crisis in many ways.
MDs are expressing dissatisfaction or even leaving their practices due to increased scrutiny from medical boards; lower reimbursements from insurance companies; increased overhead, including malpractice insurance, needing larger staffs to process paperwork, and so on.

Many prescribed drugs have serious side effects. The number of patients with chronic conditions not adequately responding to conventional medicine is increasing annually.
What is being utilized in “very” alternative medicine protocols which show promise but haven’t yet been accepted by mainstream medicine?
