Pre-Election Special: MOVE YOUR BODY EVERYBODY!

This is a special edition of our Soul Motion Dance – to mobilize and release, for clarity and community, to counteract apathy and anxiety two days before this year’s election. We will move to an eclectic mix of music from classical to experimental, including world beat, rock and roll, chant, opera remixes, jazz, and contemporary electronica. The event is likely to be attended by a vibrant & diverse bunch of lovely people, local and visiting from afar, some of whom have practiced Soul Motion® for years, while some ~ never before. Join us, especially if you can’t stand being still and/or alone at this time. We can do this!
