Sherry Glaser, star and creator of Oh My Goddess! started her theater career in San Diego with the Women’s Improv group Hot Flashes who often played with Whoopi Goldberg.

Improvisation is a simple approach to create scenes based on your own life’s material. Easy games and exercises will connect you with your untapped creativity.

If you find yourself repeating unfulfilling patterns in communication, relationships, or even internally, improvisation gives you unlimited options in creating a fun, new, spontaneous script for your life.
