Celebrate Spring at scenic Gold Ridge Organic Farms with Sonoma County Farm Trails.
We will kick off the season with a Spring Pizza pop-up with Chef Bruce Hill, who is firing up the brick oven. Featuring Citrus & Asparagus & Valley Ford Ricotta Spring Pizza, Classic Margherita Pizza, and Butternut Squash & Vegan Mozzarella with Vegan Hot “Honey.” Plus the farm’s own shrubs, a spring green salad with new harvest olive oil and apple cider vinegar, and the return of our organic ice cream topped with new harvest Tuscan Olive Oil and sea salt flakes. Pastry chef Mary Denham of Blooms End is making a Shaker Lemon pie dessert, inspired by the citrus from our orchards. Complimentary casual tastings of our citrus shrubs in the Courtyard.
