Start your morning with traditional yogic breathwork beginning with purification techniques. Release toxins, clear and align the energy channels, strengthen the lungs, massage, tone & nourish internal organs, strengthen agni & digestion, oxygenate and improve blood flow, strengthen immunity & clear the mind. Implement various techniques to energize, focus & calm the mind & nervous system & harness the vital life force energy. Known to increase neuroplasticity, nitric oxide, and erase old mental and emotional patterns. Traditionally, pranayama is known as the doorway to access higher states of consciousness.

Throughout the ongoing class different practices will be presented. Learn Cleansing kriyas, Himalayan Pranayama including including Ujjayi Variations, Heating & Cooling Breaths, Solar, Lunar & Soli-Lunar Nadi Shuddhi practices, Samantraka Pranayama, Mudra, Pratyahara, Subtle & Contemplative Practices. Includes Pranava techniques for contemplation and merging with the vibration and sound of Om and Nada – internal sound current.
