Menu Plaisirs Les Troisgros with lunch

Founded in 1930 in central France, the Troisgros family restaurant has held three Michelin stars for 55 years over four generations. This is the story of that restaurant. The movie is accompanied by a French-inspired lunch by Michele Anna Jordan, featuring Jambon-Beurre (ham and butter sandwich on baguette) served with cornichons, a medley of cheese, grapes, cucumber and cherry tomatoes, and a madeleine.
