Meet at the AmeriCorps Trailhead, 275 Morris Street, Sebastopol. Park along Morris St. behind the Barlow. Look for the “Laguna Stewards” sandwich board at the trailhead.
Details: Help us with habitat restoration and enrichment as well as some general care and tending along the Preserve’s trail network along the west bank of the Laguna.
Reminders:
- Please bring your own water bottle, gloves and a bucket. Extra gloves and buckets will also be available.
- This event is suitable for all ages and abilities, though minors must be accompanied by an adult.
- RSVP only if you are planning on bringing a group of 5 or more people.
- Only heavy rain cancels.
- Laguna Foundation Staff and Guides will also provide a dynamic and engaging educational component to the workday that will help volunteers learn more about the Laguna de Santa Rosa watershed, including the impacts of invasive species, the importance of native plants, and the natural and cultural history of the area.
