‘Tis the season to celebrate with our community. Join Sebastopol (and Sonoma County) farmers and producers as they open their gates and barn doors to offer a behind-the-scenes peek at life on the farm.
Meet your farmers, vintners and artisan producers; cut down your own Christmas tree; shop for home-grown and handmade gifts; source ingredients for your holiday meals; see how cheese is made; greet farm animals; sample delicious food; and discover some of Sonoma County’s best kept secrets!
Hours and days vary depending on the farmer. Most of the stops are FREE. All you need is transportation, a map of your route, a cooler to keep your purchases fresh, and a sense of adventure.
Visitors must register for free (farmtrails.org) to receive the list of participating destinations and offerings in our interactive online map.
