Heirloom Apple Festival at Gold Ridge Organic Farms

Experience the magic and heritage of heirloom apples at Gold Ridge Organic Farms’ Fifth Annual Heirloom Apple Festival in Sebastopol. This family-friendly day honors the wonderful, diverse, and delicious heirloom apple varieties grown in our organic orchards, as well as the region’s rich agricultural history.

Featuring curated tastes of a handful of our 70+ heirloom apple varieties grown onsite in our organic orchards and our organic Extra Virgin Olive Oils. Plus, enjoy local cheese and apple pairings, our award-winning apple cider balsamic vinegar and beloved apple cider syrup.

Stroll through our beautiful olive and apple orchards with founder-farmer Brooke Hazen or take a ride on our apple-themed trolley. Enjoy a sample of our own freshly pressed apple juice from our hand-turned cider press. Spark your curiosity with culinary adventures, cooking demos, and displays. Kids can win a prize on an apple-themed scavenger hunt. Plus, Goatlandia will be here with some special friends to say hello!

Local Producers & Friends:
Meet the makers: this year we’re celebrating local producers who share our passion for honest, heritage food. Join us in welcoming Kiss the Flower Honey Co, KM Mushrooms, Blooming Fields Farm, and our friend and neighbor, Larry the Tomato Guy. Each will be sampling their products and sharing more about their farms.

Food & Refreshments:
Wood-fired pizzas by Chef Seamus (11:00 AM–2:30 PM or until sold out)—order in advance or a la carte. Also available: locally made apple crumble (made with our own apples, of course) and delicious apple cider slushies.

Entertainment:
Live music by Spike Sikes and his Awesome Hotcakes!

All activities take place outside, around our olive press or on the crush pad.
