Hello Neighbors…will you know what to do if someone near you goes into cardiac arrest? Knowing how to give CPR could save a life. Come learn how to do chest compressions correctly using hands-only CPR on Saturday, Oct. 7 from 10-11 a.m. at the Hessel Guild, 5400 Blank Rd., Sebastopol. The class will be taught by Save Lives Sonoma volunteers and Gold Ridge Fire Dept. fire fighters. The class is open to the public and free. Donations gratefully accepted to benefit Save Lives Sonoma. Children ages 10 (5th grade) and adults are welcome. You need to be able to sit on the floor to practice doing chest compressions on a mannequin.
