Join us for a casual gathering with your community of fellow fermentation enthusiasts, local vendors and inspirational speakers while you enjoy samples of delicious fermented foods and beverages and groove to some live and local music.

Speakers will include local author and educator Jill Nussinow (The Veggie Queen) on Why We Ferment and How To and Mary Sheila Smith Gonnella, addressing how fermented foods assist in gut health and a healthy microbiome.
