Ecoprint with Leaves

Join us on Saturday, June 14th from 10:30am – 2:30pm at Art & Soul of Sebastopol. This four-hour workshop led by educator and natural dyer Lisa Rogers will explore the basics of ecoprinting with local leaves. This workshop will explore different techniques, including tannins and iron and ecoprints on paper. We will take a 45 minute lunch break while pieces simmer away. Participants will create their leaf print designs on a pre-mordanted silk piece. It can be used as a scarf, runner or wall hanging.
