Chef Demo at the Farmers Market: Yaki Soba Noodle Stir Fry

On Sunday, Jan. 21, Analy High Culinary Arts students Parker and Jonas will demonstrate stir-fry cooking techniques with seasonal farmers market vegetables and yaki soba to create a delicious noodle dish. Small bite tasting and recipe cards will be made available for free for all market visitors – while supplies last.
