Come and build a bat box! It can be a gift or for your own yard! Give local bats a beautiful habitat and reduce the bugs in your area and mosquito bites on your arms and legs 😉 Collect the guano for your garden.
Learn how to use a few power tools in a safe environment and enjoy the beautiful woodworking space at Chimera. You will go home with a painted, decorated, complete, bat box.
This class is taught by West! West is a naturalist, science teacher and woodworker, and teaches at local builder’s group Dykes With Drills.
Materials, tools and paint provided according to # of sign ups. So, please attend if you sign up and if you bring anyone, please make sure they sign up online!

> Ages 8+ welcome, those under 18 must attend with an adult.
Payment: Sliding scale is according to your personal means between $5 and $50. Sign up here with $5 and you can donate more in person if you are able.
