2020: A Clear Vision for Your Health – Part 1

In the first of our two-part workshop, Elson Haas, family physician and author, will share strategies to set you up for a vibrant Spring and a healthier life. He is the author of the wellness classic Staying Healthy with the Seasons, and practices NEW Medicine, an integration of Natural, Eastern and Western approaches. Enjoy tastes of healthy, seasonal dishes, and take home recipes and guidelines for a profound immersion into wellness.

At this session, we’ll prepare and share: Spring green salad with sprouts, Mint vinaigrettesSalad dressing, Spring miso soup with greens, snow peas, carrots and nori.

The program is supported by The dhyana Center, Jaiyen Spa, Infusions Tea House, SoCoHA, Coffee Catz, Conscious Lifestyles and Theta Wave Float Spa. Class participants will receive coupons and discounts from these sponsors for services to support well-being.

Participants can also choose to join a private Facebook group to support their ongoing wellness goals.

OPTIONAL SECOND SESSION ON MARCH 4 – Return one week later to reinforce your knowledge and goals with Amanda, Ceres’ Nutrition Education & Services Manager. She’ll inspire you with recipe demonstrations, educational support and wellness strategies.
