Proceeds go to Pleasant Hill Christian School (PHCS)
PHCS began in the summer of 1982 as a result of the vision of two experienced teachers: Janlyn Heath and Mary Jo Kinser. Over the years the goal has remained steady: to provide each child with an excellent academic program, as well as to lovingly nurture high character and spiritual development. The school offers kindergarten through sixth grade in three classrooms with an unmatched student/teacher ratio. It is also the home of Sunflower Preschool. The school includes strong Music, Art, Spanish, Technology and P.E., along with award-winning participation in the National History Day competition. More than 60 percent of the student body attend with financial support.
