This 2 hour meeting offers an introduction to shamanism and the shamanic journey as a way to access your own spiritual helpers for problem solving and healing.
You will receive instruction and a chance to experience a shamanic journey.
Bring a blanket, eye-covering and drum or rattle if you have one.
No experience necessary. No drugs, plant medicine or alcohol involved.
Please come a few minutes early to get settled.
