The Sebastopol Grange Presents: Fruit Winemaking
Learn how to make wines from apples,
apricots, berries, nectarines, peaches,
pears, persimmons, plums and even
lemons!
Presenter: Vi Epperson, an amateur
winemaker since 2014 who has produced
over 800 bottles of wine. She uses a non-tech
kitchen-oriented approach to
winemaking. If you can follow a recipe, you
can learn to make wine. She will
demonstrate the preparation, home
equipment, ingredients, fermentation
steps, bottling and labeling of fruit wines.
Winetasting will follow ( must be 21).
