Tea Tasting – Organic or Non? Can you tell the difference?

Does organic production influence the taste of tea? Our October tea tasting, conducted by Grady Kallenbach, will offer a blind head-to-head challenge/ comparison of organic and conventional versions of three popular Japanese teas: kukicha, genmaicha, and hojicha. The audience will candidly hold forth on the qualities of each, with no foreknowledge of which version is being tasted. Be prepared to enjoy conviviality without consensus!
